About Lancaster new City

 

Lancaster New City was launched in 2007, a flood-free area covering 3 towns in Cavite – Kawit, Imus City and Gen. Trias with an intial land area of 50 hectares only. Located just 18 km. from Manila airport, it’s just a short 30 minutes drive via Cavitex.

The first housing project offered and sold was Lancaster Residences. Then in 2009, Lancaster Villages Phase 1 and 2 were opened followed by Kensington Village in 2010 while Sommerset Village and Manchester were launched in 2011. Through the years, Lancaster New City keep expanding that as of today it has grown into 1,200 hectares.

 

 

LIVE

Beginning with a few residential communities in 2007, Lancaster New City evolved into a complete community that has a selection of two-storey and three-storey townhomes and two-storey single attached homes designed for young professionals, start-up families and bigger growing families. Each home is efficiently laid out to have sufficient space for the dwellers to comfortably move around inside the house. Residents also have the option to have their own Family Courtyard and Family Enclaves, extra spaces either at the back or in front of selected homes where children may safely play or they may have their special private gatherings.

LEARN

More than just providing homes, Lancaster New City sought to make high quality, affordable education accessible to its residents.  St. Edward Integrated School (SEIS), a school established inside Lancaster New City in 2012, gives families the option to send their children to a school that prides in raising globally competitive students who have strong sense of characters. It has a dynamic project-oriented curriculum which aims to address the needs of different types of learners. It has life labs, clubs and organizations that allow students to develop their talents and be equipped with real life practical skills. Moving forward, SEIS will have institutes of learning that is generally a mere 400 meter walk from the nearest residential area.

WORK

Inside Lancaster New City is the pioneer IT Park of Cavite, SuntechiPark. Being PRO-FRIENDS’ first office IT Park development, SuntechiPark is designed to give the residents an option to work close to home, thus giving them more time to spend with the family. Lancaster New City is also developing its transport system that would easily bring the residents from their place of work to their homes in less time.

PLAY

Acknowledging the need for families to constantly bond with each other, Lancaster New City will be building Downtown Lancaster, a 25-hectare commercial-business-lifestyle district that will provide retail and leisure activities to both office workers and residents. Within Downtown Lancaster, residents and office workers alike will enjoy the convergence of Suntech iPark with the Square, its commercial area, and Central Greens.  

The Square will be a sprawling commercial center that houses several commercial and retail establishments. In 2013, The Square already opened its first commercial building and houses a selection of restaurants, wellness boutiques, and other service centers.

Central Greens will be a place of relaxation amidst the commercial and retail districts with its tree-shaded pathways, pocket gardens, and children’s playground.
 

WORSHIP

A community will never be complete without a place of worship…where parents would teach their children about the importance of faith. At the heart of Lancaster New City is the Church of the Holy Family. Built in 2012, the Church of the Holy Family became a place of worship where families may attend Sunday mass, hold their wedding vows and ceremonies, or celebrate the Simbang Gabi tradition.

ST. EDWARD INTEGRATED SCHOOL (SEIS)

Parents are SURE that their children are receiving quality education inside Lancaster New City. St. Edward Integrated School has community schools that are a few blocks away from residential areas, ensuring a safe learning environment for the children.

DOWNTOWN LANCASTER

Work and play are SURE close by with the 25-hectare Downtown Lancaster, a business and commercial complex inside Lancaster New City that gives its residents the opportunity to work and shop close to home. 

Within Downtown Lancaster families may enjoy The Square, a sprawling commercial center that houses several commercial and retail establishments and Central Greens, a leisure area complete with pocket gardens, tree-shaded walkways with benches, inter-connected pathways and abundant open space for family out-door activities. Downtown Lancaster also has the Suntech iPark, the first campus-type office IT Business park development in Cavite that will allow residential communities to work close to home and provide promising job opportunities. 

CLUBHOUSES

Special occasions and family bonding moments are SURE to be fun at the Lancaster New City clubhouses. The clubhouses or community centers will have outdoor swimming pools and function halls where families may spend their weekends.

Inside Lancaster, families may already enjoy the township’s first clubhouse, Leighton Hall,  a 3-storey  modern clubhouse with function rooms, grand ballroom and spacious swimming pool. Reservations can now be made for functions with up to 400 guests, so everything from big parties to intimate engagements can now be held within the community. 

 

CHURCH OF THE HOLY FAMILY

Families are SURE to have a place of worship nearby thru the Church of the Holy Family, where they may attend the regular Sunday masses.
