15 ipon tips
Nahihirapan ba kayo mag ipon?

The following top 15 ipon tips may help you para makapag start mag ipon:
1. Start paying yourself first

We work hard to earn money so dapat lang na the moment we receive our pay check, bayaran muna natin ang sarili natin ng 20% ng kinita natin. Then dapat yung amount na yun ay gagamitin natin to protect and secure our future. So we should save and invest that money.

2. Hang out with the right people

Sabi nila, kung gusto mo malaman ang magiging buhay mo 5-10 years from now, bilangin mo ang mga tao na lagi mong kasama. Kung majority dun ay mga gastador, di marunong mag ipon, gimik dito gimik dun, then chances are mahahawa ka. But if you surround yourself with people na masinop sa pera, business minded, financially literate, malamang you will have a better life dahil matututo ka at mahahawa sa kanila.

3. Live BELOW your means

If you are earning 20k a month, dapat ang gastos mo ay hindi lalampas dun. It should be BELOW 20k. Otherwise, you will end up na mangungutang ka. Before you know it, nababaon ka na sa utang. Dapat inililista natin daily yung mga lumalabas na pera upang mamonitor na if you are still living below your income.

4. Have an emergency Fund

That also applies pag may mga biglaang emergency sa bahay like may kailangang dalhin sa ospital, etc.

5. Keep records of your daily expenses

So bibili ka ngayon ng bottled water or soft drink for 20 pesos. Unnecessary siya kasi you could have brought water ng hindi ka na gumastos. So pag nilista mo sia at the end of the day, you would realize it so next time magbabaon ka na lagi ng tubig
